Schools Song Summit
Children from the seven local national schools unite to perform to each other before uniting to sing the Féile Eile anthem as a single choir of over 200 children.

The Great Big Fun Day of Music, Drumming, Drama & Dance
Four workshops by facilitators who have been featured on the BBC, RTÉ and the Irish Times - come and find out why.
Shake it! Learn the hottest hip-hop & Bollywood moves with Jenny Brown.
Drumtastic - A chance to make some noise with Boris Hunka’s rare collection of big drums.
A Singular Sensation - Kathleen Turner (ICO) makes singing fun and songwriting seem easy.
It’s Showtime! - Diane Daly uses Music in the Glen’s instruments, a medley of masks and participant’s imaginations to create a stunning new show on the spot.

Film & Music - Bugs Bunny meets the Irish Improv Orchestra
The popular Sound & Silents music & movies show is hijacked by one of the greats of cinema’s golden age – Bugs Bunny. The Irish Improv Orchestra try to keep pace with Bugs as he deals with assorted friends and frenemies including Daffy Duck, Yosemite Sam and Porky Pig. A rare chance for adults to revisit these classics on the big screen and for kids to experience them for the first time.

Scary Stories up the Steeple
Eerie storytelling in one of Killaloe’s oldest, most visible, yet least visited spaces – the Bell chamber in the 10th century cathedral of St Flannan’s. Dare you hear The Tale of The Mysterious Ringing Bell?

Killaloe/Ballina Kids With Talent
Killaloe/Ballina is not a large town, but it contains a lot of talent, nurtured by a number of music, dance, drama and arts schools. For the first time these will all come together in a blockbuster show celebrating the skills being developed on our doorsteps.

Killaloe Haiku
Lough Derg is the inspiration for pictures and words, followed by a workshop developing these images into haiku.
Run by local artist and writer Deirdre Grimes who has had haiku published in Ireland, Europe and America.

Legends of Stockton’s Wing’s classic line-up reunite in a special one-off show
In 1977 a band that included four all-Ireland champions won the trad section of a Guinness sponsored talent competition in Limerick (the rock section was won by a little known group from Dublin, called U2). This was the start of Stockton’s Wing - a legendary supergroup that went on to conquer the world. To close Feile Eile three members of the classic 1979-83 line-up - Tommy Hayes, Kieran Hanrahan and Mike Hanrahan - re-unite for a one-off performance in Killaloe. Some things are too special to miss…
